White spot on penil glans
I am having a white spot or small pimple like thing on my penile glan which might be 1 mm in diameter from last 2 to 3 months, also i have ppp which are very small in size.
Is it a cancer lump?

No it doesn't look anything like cancer. You can get radio-frequency, cryotherapy or co2laser for it. It might be just a simple growth or a wart. Treatment remain same.
