Hello, PLease note that i have a white spot on my right tonsil, no pain or fever is associated with it

You might be looking at whitish debris over one of the crypts of tonsils which is not really abnormal. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain and difficulty in swallowing then you need not worry about it
