It is due to some small injury or foreign body. Itching is due to dryness. Use artificial tears 4 times a day. If it's size increase or show redness then consult an ophthalmologist. In that case She might need a steroid or removal followed by antibiotic as needed.
The picture is not very clear but it looks like a conjunctival cyst. if she rubs it too much it may rupture and form in other areas as well. Otherwise nothing to worry. She can use lubricating eye drops like refresh tears 3 to 4times/ day. If it is enlarging then it needs to be excised
It looks like a conjunctival cyst which is mostly harmless. The bump causes irritation and itching. Use eye drops refresh tears 4 times a day. Look out for increase in size or any redness or pain
It is inclusion cyst mainly due to allergy and dryness
Start lotepred eye drop 2 times a day 1 st week
1 time 2nd week
Stop after 2 weeks
Start moistane eye drop 3 times a day
Please do cold compression twice a day
It's a simple conjunctival cyst which is harmless. Only when it increases in size or if there is any Inflammation (Redness) then we need to deal it with certain Eyedrops or a simple cyst excision procedure depending on the size of the cyst. Right now use any lubricant eyedrops for both eyes like Eyedrops Flogel 1 % one drop 4 times a day. Avoid rubbing the eye. Use spectacles regularly.
