Hi First things first. .. Rule out the cause for your sensitivity. .. teeth whitening by itself causes sensitivity to some extent so don't end up in a situation where the severity increases. .. Visit a Dentist to get your teeth evaluated and accordingly the treatment best suited for you can be advised, as the are plenty of options apart from teeth whitening.. Regards

Whitening can be done by many different ways. The easiest is to try Home Bleach. In this technique you can visit your dentist who will make customized trays for your teeth and then you can use a self-help whitening kit under instructions and guidance. If you are looking for a quick and significant change, you could opt for In-office Whitening which can be accomplished either by LASER or light-activated whitening systems. Most clinics may not have both options available..hence you can either decide the option for In-office Whitening and choose your clinic accordingly or visit a clinic that can offer you both options.

Hi, Visit your dentist and rule out the sensitivity issue first and then is your tooth whitening issue. One of the treatment methodology for solving your sensitivity issue is Applying bonding agents on your sensitive teeth. And to go ahead on the same bonding agents you can go for veneers to make your teeth more aesthetic.

Teeth whitening can be done by two methods in office bleach which gives instant results with help of lasers. Or go for home bleach system.  I would advise you to go for a dental check up first and get your sensitivity complain rectified. Home bleach would give u less sensitivity you can opt for that
