Hello sir....brushing cannot change the colour of your teeth.Scaling(cleaning) removes the stain on your teeth and Bleaching is done to lighten the shade of your teeth. You can practo consult us if you have any query.Regards.
Hi,
Brushing will not help to whiten your teeth. In fact too frequent and aggressive brushing can make your tooth appear yellowish by wearing away the white enamel layer and exposing the inner yellowish dentin layer.
As of today there are no systems to whiten your teeth permanently .However there are tooth whitening systems which can whiten the teeth anywhere between weeks to many months. Ideally it should be done by a dentist and depending on the degree of whitening required may be a single or multiple appiontments. The procedure is essentially painless though some patients may experience sensitivity during the procedure
Later for follow up the dentist may give you a home whitening kit to use at home as a touch up.
In case you are looking for a more permanent solution you can consider placement of ceramic veneers on your front teeth.
Hope that helps.
