Why do my nipples burn

I am in 9th standard. I am 14 year female. My concern is that since past 15 days I have this weird burning sensation in my nipples. I have tried applying moisturising cream and coconut oil but it does not help me much. Why do my nipples burn? What are the probable causes of burning nipples?
