Why is fatigue normal
I have been consulting various doctors from MD to normal degree physician and all say it's normal and give some temporary pills. Later it's back. Some say d3 is less and some b12 is less . Why can't anyone give a permanent solution. I do exercise but still at the end of day is fatigue, now only an Ayurvedic is pending

Fatigue or Tiredness all feel at times. Fatigue may be due lack of sound sleep few weeks to months, busy work neglecting breakfast or any meal, not eating healthy, Repeated attacks of infections. Or some times due thyroid anemia, anxiety. Here are some advices Eating nuts, fruits vegetables Doing regular exercise Yoga meditations. You can use some ayurveda herbs helps in fatigue like ashw a Gandhi, brahmi, Aruna, amla. If not helping consult ayurveda doctor Hope u feel better soon.

Fatigue is not normal according to ayurveda! It may be due to aama dosha or vata prakopa. Diagnosed after proper examination & can be treated
