Why sattu should not consume with milk
Hi,
My Friend introduced me sattu, i found it very energetic, next day i made milkshake with sattu nd jagery powder which was very tasty too.
But everyone say sattu should drink in plain water.
I want to know why we can't add this in milk.

There is nothing like this, there are a lot of recipes in Bihar and up,
like sattu parathas, they drink it mixed with lemon juice, salt,fried cumin and ice , drinking sattu, mix with jagery or sugar, milk is called lapsi. There is nothing like that what you feel You can take it as you think is right
