Wisdom tooth extraction
I have surgically extracted my right side both wisdom tooth five days before. I am taking antibiotics and painkiller as prescribed by my oral surgeon. My question is from the next day of surgery, i have a feeling of numbness in my right side of tongue, till now after 5 days. Why is it so ? When this feeling of numbnesd in tongue will go away ?

The problem that you are having is called Paraesthesia, which is a complication of a surgical tooth extraction. It happens due to compression or trauma to the nerve innervating the tissues in that area. No treatment is required for it, you will get back your senses gradually but it might take some time like 3-6 weeks approximately .

Your lingual nerve must have got irritated. Happens sometimes. The feeling will go in time. Visit your surgeon for guidance.

There could be several reasons for this numbness. However it will be difficult to give you an exact answer without looking at your X-rays and case records.
