Soft diet ...avoid spicy food.warm saline rinses 3_4times a day after 24hr of surgery..

U can eat almost everything which is soft, less spicy and requires almost no chewing and preferably at room temperature for initial 8-10 days. Gradually as u feel u are feeling better u may shift to normal diet once ur sutures are removed. Avoid any type of tobacco products,smoking, pan and alcohol intake.

Chlorhexidine mouthwash wash after each oral intake in 1:1 dilution for 15 days.
Health Tips
Rinse with warm saline 8-10 times daily for atleast  3 weeks. Caution: Do not apply heat pack externally on the face
