Hello Please do warm saline rinses 4-5 times in a day and keep that area clean by rinsing everytime you eat anything. Popping painkillers is not recommended so please take out time and get the treatment done.

Hello. This is a common problem with wisdom molars. Due to lack of space, they erupt towards the cheek and cause irritation. But there is no home remedy to this problem. If u have discomfort, u can do warm salt water rinses in that area. Best is to get it extracted and resolve the problem permanently.
