Hello,
There will be a slight amount of discomfort pain and sensitivity for 2 to 3 weeks after extraction and if it is not toleratable consult your dentist and check if the neighbouring tooth enamel could have been abraded.

Sensitivity will be there because due to extraction trots of adjacent teeth gets exposed and it feels cold and hot so it will take some more time to heal
You should avoid extreme hot and cold

Hi
After wisdom tooth removal the adjacent tooth might have slight sensitivity . Take salt water gargle ,don't allow food to stay there . It will take atleast 2 to 3 weeks for complete healing.
Sensitivity in the adjacent tooth after 3rd molar extraction is quite common ... it happens due to cemental exposure which is unavoidable most of the times bcoz of pre existing bone loss .... see your dentist or the surgeon who will recommend a desensitising tooth paste ... the issue should settle in a week or two ... quite often there is a cavity in the adjacent tooth due to impacted 3rd molar which gives the sensitivity issue and might need to be treated ...
If u have removed your wisdom tooth due to some problems it’s quite ok. Normally there will not be any sensitivity. Because the tooth has been removed.. What could have happened is your adjacent tooth enamel could have been abraded when doing an extraction. Consult your doctor and brief him . He shall diagnose and treat it. Tc
