I have consulted a doctor so he has checked it and told me to go with surgery because of infection the gum is nt opwned so surgery is needed to remove the wisdom tooth out. Im not interested to do so how it wil resolved is it mandatory to take suregery? Please help on this.

Hello Ma'am ...either gingivectomy( removal of overlying gum)of that area could be done for getting pressure relieved or removal of wisdom tooth is the option. Kindly visit the dentist asap.

Hi..yes unfortunately no way to solve other than surgical removal in most of the patients. Your case based on picture clearly a case of surgical extraction. But , no need to worry as it would be Painless when done by a specialist. Wisdom tooth don't help in chewing. So removal is always recommended to avoid further infection
