The wisdom tooth on your right side is badly decayed . Remove it as earlier because it might end up in severe space infection. Other wisdom teeth are not erupted completely. They are the extra tooth which is not useful for chewing and appearance. Remove that too. Apply pain out gel for immediate pain relief.

Don’t not waste time and money on saving your wisdom teeth because they are decayed badly and also have not erupted in proper alignment, hence they do not help you at all in chewing. Get them extracted and focus on prevent problems in other teeth

As per the x Ray left lower wisdom tooth needs to be extracted as its impacted and avoiding that would lead to affecting the adjacent teeth as well and rest all teeth needs to be clinically examined to come up with a clear diagnosis and prognosis of your teeth. Always remember diagnosis is the most important aspect and both clinical and x ray evaluation tells us the right treatment plan. Always try to save your teeth rather than extracting them provided they can be saved.

Upper left and lower right wisdom teeth are carious and infected. It is advisable to remove them.

Listen carefully lower both wisdom tooth to be extracted. Left second last molar and third last molar can be safed by rct followed by capping. Mean while follow the three day antibiotic course

Looks like lower both wisdom teeth are not salvagable here. One is impacted (left) and the right tooth has caries extending to the pulpal floor. What needs to be given attention is lower 2nd molars. They have also become carious! Please consult a dentist to know about the prognosis of saving lower right wisdom tooth and 2nd molar
