Dear practo user Lactating mothers can use antibiotics with caution after consulting gynaecologist and pediatrician. Never start any antibiotics before consulting them, even if it's the slightest dose. For pain, plain paracetamol will help. You can apply hexigel, Metrogyl P gel and Stolin gum paint over the gums, massage well, and rinse with Betadine gargle mixed in warm saline water, rinse for at least one minute five times a day. If extraction is imminent bottle feeding should be started.
Next Steps
consult gynaecologist and paediatrician
Health Tips
Brush twice daily and make sure food doesn't get stuck below or in  the teeth.
