Hello. Consult an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon urgently. And take the iopa(x Ray) of that tooth. If swelling is there then chances of infection is high.
Next Steps
After consulting a Maxillofacial Surgeon and proper prophylactic antibiotic coverage plan a surgical removal or extraction of the tooth accordingly.
Health Tips
By that time you can rinse with Luke warm water saline rinses and take anti inflammatory drugs to subside the swelling. Avoid sleeping on affected side of the jaw.
