Wisdom tooth problm
I had wisdom tooth pain .. and there is gum lap over the tooth ! I took pain killers for that n keep doing hygiene the area bye salt water gargle ! I don't use any antibiotic I took Clove above the infected tooth n after 8-9 days swelling and pain is comfort now .. but there is some part of gum lap over the tooth still remain .. and the Main problm is bad breathe n feeling like germs inside the mouth after some times .. I brush the tooth 2 times n taking warm water gargle but the bad breathe n feeling germs inside still remain .. thanks ..

Hi, you ahould take abd radiograph(x ray) to assess the tooth and if it is in the favourable angulation you can go for LASER assisted flap excision ( removing the covered gums) laser will be best as it will b painless and blood less procedure with minimal anesthesia if the angulation is not favourable you will have to remove it to avoid future big problems to adjacent tooth and bone
