Wisdom tooth removal
I got my one wisdom tooth removed. I got some stiches also. I want to know that how long it will take to completly heal and recover and after how much time I can start weight lifting and gyming

Ur stiches will be removed after 7 days and it depends how frequently u do warm saline rinses. Afterthen ur healing will be completed

Hi, Complete healing might take somewhere between 7 to 15 days depending on the severity of the case and the operating procedure done. If you have no swelling in the area and are not under medications you can start with your normal routine of gym workout. Be cautious if you note any changes of exhaustion its better to keep it low for a few days

Stitches should be removed after 7-8 days. If you are feeling fine you can go ahead and resume exercising. If you feel weak due to medication then take it a little slow for a few days
