hello extraction in wisdom tooth is a difficult procedure it comes under minor surgery... post extraction people might suffer from complications like sweeling ,nerve damage (temorary) it can take 15 days t be normal...and some cases get well sooner depending on how traumatic d extraction was.. as ur saying its its horizontal ...it might be hard t extract...bone cutting might be required in my clinic we call a specialist to do impactions.dey r trainned professinals ...dey do a lot f cases everyday... costing comes out 3000-4000 i would suggest u t take painkilers under local dentist prescription if it dosent subside with painkillers den we can think about impaction..not before dat

If the pain and other symptoms are repeating again and again it is advisable to get it removed by an oral and maxfacial surgeon MDS who is qualified to do it and is a specialist .The postoperative phase would last for approximately one week during which some amount of mild swelling and discomfort is to be expected .The position of the tooth in x Ray before removal and the experience and skill of the surgeon would also determine Amount of time required for complete healing post surgically
