X-ray is required to advise you. Bleeding could be coming from the gum. If it is a small cavity and you are not getting clinical symptoms then filling can be done.
See a dentist immediately. The dentist will make a call based on examination and x-ray if required. Normally, if the pulp is not involved, RCT can be avoided...but the dentist has to examine and decide based on the actual condition of the tooth.
