Withdrawal bleed and periods

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I got my withdrawal bleed on 8th July 2018 and it continued till 11th July 2018. There was slight bleeding and brownish discharge followed by blood clots. After that almost 24 days has been passed I have not got my periods. I did home pregnancy urine test for three times in a weekly gap and all were negative . Is there still chances of pregnancy . When shall my periods resume back . Shall I count the withdrawal bleed as my period . Please guide

If you have doubt do pregnancy test by Bhcg.It is blood test and done in laboratory .If value is less than normal means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo online.
