I first beed to know what medicine are you taking right now and what other complains you are having.
Having said that, ventab can be taken very well with other medicines.
My advise would be to continue ventab dxt 25 mg, as advised before.
Next Steps
Please share your latest prescription and latest complains you are facing.
Whether the fatigue and dizziness is due to anxiety or the medication is difficult to ascertain without further clinical evaluation. You have said starting a medication for another issue. You have not mentioned what the other medicine was or issue. So with limited information you need to consult your psychiatrist and get the solution.
At this very small dose it usually does not cause withdrawls and the symptoms which you have might be related to the primary condition Radher than the withdrawal of this medicine
It is a common phenomenon with desvenlafaxine when we discontinue it, called discontinuation syndrome. It usually goes off in few days to a week, if it doesn't you need to consult a psychiatrist to start some other antidepressant at low dose preferably from SSRI class which doesn't carry risk of discontinuation syndrome (i.e Fluoxetine or vortioxetine) and you can discontinue same after using for 4-8 weeks.
Next Steps
wait for a week, if it doesn't help, consult a psychiatrist in-person.
