Withdrawal symptoms of smoking
I have quit smoking from last three days .....now I have severe headche , soar throat , running nose , increased body temperature .....is these thing normal or should I consult further . I used to smoke 10 cig in a day fro last 8 years . And please tell me how long it will take to be perfect I mean to get rid of all these symptoms.

Hello , as you were smoking 10 cigs / day , your immunity is reduced ...you need some medicines for throat issues and some medications to take for 3 months which will help to increase your energy , immunity and will help to reduce your smoking urge .
