My friend is asking, can he use lubricants without condom?. Is there any lubricants to use without condom?.

I can understand your concern.
Lubricants as the name suggests is for lubrication. Be it with the condom or without the condom.
So yes, there are lubricants which you can use without a condom on.
It wont be a issue.
Condoms itself have a lubricant over them.
