Work related stress
I was diagnosed with double depression last year. And took anti depressants irregularly. I stopped taking them because when my parents found out about my depression and meds, they told me not to take it. Now with my work, i have been anxious and make mistakes even the smallest one. I tend to cry at our restrooms, experienced fast heartbeat and one time i experienced like i am having a heart attack due to shortness of breathing and fast heartbeat in a public place. I feel so small and worthless
