Work stress is making me become grumpy, worried, gaining weight rigorously, May b even high on cholesterol. What should I do?

Hi thanks for query. It's a common problem in India that most of them are hypertension related professional or personal life. Sometimes basic responsibilities are forgotten like healthy food, basic house hold work,  exercise or sleeping on time. Absence in this their will be lot of variations both physical and psychological. You can visit psychologist in your place to handle the situation positively. Stay confidence. Sometimes change in thyroid function the weight gain do occur. You can visit physian also.

Healthy food, 15-30 min of walk/ yoga, less sodium intake or extra salt in food and oily food need to be avoided. Share your emotions to your loved ones. Have routine.
