Worried about baby's health
My baby is 9month old...Is cerelac safe for baby? M giving my baby cerelac 2times from 6month plus giving rice vegetables fruits etc..but after I found on net WHO recommended to give baby home made cereals not cerelac...m very worried if I did any wrong by giving my baby rice ..wheat cerelac...is it safe?

No we never recommend Cerelac, give Home made fresh food like khichadi , kheer, mashed potatoes, bananas, Apple etc

Cerelac has one big plus point,it has all minerals and vitamins in addition to adequate calories,BUT major negative point is,it has just ONE taste,sweet!
At this age,give 3 milk feeds including one top milk feed using a spoon and katori and rest breastfeeding and 3 solid meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home.
