Pregnancy is a time when many women can have depressive symptoms and also full blown depression. There seem to be unaddressed issues between your mother in law and you which may be contributing to the depressed mood. Depression in pregnancy needs to be treated as soon as possible.
Next Steps
Please see a psychiatrist as soon as you can and discuss your issues. Also inform your gynae specialist of how you are feeling in the next visit.
Health Tips
Do as much exercise as you can ( as advised by gynae). Try to do some controlled breathing exercises ( you will find links online).
