Worriness.
Hi, I freuquently get negative thoughts like what would my future would be like, any problems which may arise etc. And it kind of affects my health i.e breathing patterns which in turn causes me cramp like pains in stomach. I dont know why i think like that. Even when i try to think positive such things come to my mind. Sometimes i get pain in other body parts, have done tests and all reports are normal. How to overcome this issue. Thank You.

You are having anxiety. Constant worry of future is a symptom of generalized anxiety disorder. Please try to consult a mental health professional. You need detailed evaluation. Your suffering can be reduced greatly with proper interventions, relaxation training, mindfulness, yoga etc. Please take guidance. You will be alright
