Good evening arshad..from your history of inappropriate lift of weight and the pain being for so long..looks more like a ligament sprain or a muscle injury..the bone architecture in this xray looks good..but will need a scaphoid view of the wrist to assess the scapholunate ligament injury. There is nothing to be depressed about in this. Injuries do happen with dead weight lifts and improper lifts its about giving it rest and rehabilitation
Next Steps
get a xray scaphoid view of the wrist joint
