I've had wrist pain for several months now. It gets less and more painful based on use. It only hurts when wrist is bent at 90 degrees and pressure placed onto it. It doesn't seem to hurt any other time. I can do pushups and sometimes it doesn't hurt but if I continue to do them it will eventually but this also happens when pushing heavy objects.
