Wrist Pain
I was doing pull up on a bar and felt a little pain in my wrist on Wednesday. But I ignored it and continued doing pull up the next day . After that I'm having a constant mild pain in my left wrist. The pain increases a little, while riding bike or when putting more pressure onto it. What should I do ? Please help. P.S - I am an overweight short male. I think my wrist couldn't handle my weight or may be my pull up was not well formed.

Hello there,, Well yes your pull up was not proper...also your body gave you signal that the movement is not occouring correctly but you went ahead with the pull ups inspite of pain....however it doesnt look to be a major injury as such...you might have pulled up a muscle and the tendon may have become swollen.
Next Steps
complete rest to wrist,no putting weight on wrist or straining it for at least a week. if at all you have to go on bike...use wrist band.
