My mother has C5 C6 cervical radiculopathy and her neck, shoulders, arms, wrists and fingers hurt. However, for the last 2 days, she has been experiencing sharp flexion pain (only when she bends her wrist) in the right wrist. No numbness or tingling in fingers, only pain in wrist, both on the upper as well as lower side. She's unable to bend her wrist. What could it be ?

Sounds like she could have damaged a few soft tissues around the wrist causing pain.
Best thing is to use a crepe bandage while working and apply painkiller gel often.
Also take vitamin d and b12 shots. This will help healing quickly by your own body.
