Xanthalesma
My cholesterol level is now under control for the last few years now. But i want to get rid of the xanthalesma marks on my eye lids. Please suggest a remedy for it. Even if the marks can't go completely is there any way to reduce the highlighted marks so that it can match skin color without surgery. Please suggest.

These deposits can be removed by special technique used by us in which we try to remove it with minimal trauma .
