Hello I have a yellow discharge no itching no burning I’m sexually active before I was positive for a yeast infection is this one very serious if I’m not itching

Maybe again you have got.Get examined by doctor and take medicine for this oral as well as local.Give treatment to partner also.Maintsin hygiene and no intercourse for 10 days minimum.

Its difficult to say without clinical examination what it is.
However if this discharge is not causing any itching , burning or lower abdominal pain and is not foul smelling then nothing serious
