These yellow deposits are calculus /tartar. Needs a professional cleaning by a dentist. Please do not follow any home remedies. It is not advised. Its not an emergency. You can wait.
Next Steps
Please get a professional cleaning and polishing done by a dentist post lock down. Do not try anything at home. It ll cause more harm than good.
Health Tips
Brush twice daily. More than the tooth paste, the method of brushing should be efficient enough to clean all the food debris and plaque that is deposited on your teeth. Also your teeth are not in alignment which makes cleaning more difficult. So please be more cautious and brush well.

This yellow colour on your teeth is called calculus. This is usually due to improper oral hygiene or food deposits . Since you have crowded teeth it is difficult to brush and keep them clean. Best advise is to consult dentist or Orthodontist. Initially You can go for cleaning post lockdown and consult an orthodontist. Home care would be brush twice a day , use mouthwash and do flossing.

Professionally it requires cleaning and polishing followed by whitening if you wish.It is actually plaque and tartar. Yellowness can be decreased by Glizer or Glodent toothpastes Also a mix of baking soda mixed with lemon juice can be applied for few minutes in a day
