Yellowish bitter liquid vomit in the morning.i want to know what is the problem.i have nausea problem while eating.my stomach is full as i feel.plz help

Hi, it is due to gastritis.
Avoid spicy foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine
Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals.
Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed.
Consult physician for medications...
