Yellow mucus discharged fr anus area
Hello sir I am 24 year's old.from last 1 year everyday at night I am noticing some yellow mucus is dishcharging from anus area.After taking pictures of that area now I noticed that anus area become very dark also.And whenever yellow mucus discharged from anus I also feel anus area become itchiness also.so sir what type of disease is this and what I have to do now.

Most common causes for discharge from anal region is Fistula-in-Ano & Ischiorectal Abscess.
Since you have prolonged history it could be most likely a fistula-in-Ano

It can be due to fistula in ano. A per rectal digital examination is necessary by a general surgeon
