Yellow urine
My urine color is yellow it's not normal like transparent white . I also drink 6-7 glass of water daily. White urine come to me only when I drink excess water or other liquid fluids then it may be white. Otherwise its coloured is always yellow

Hello, in your question it is clear that you already know the solution, but you are confused about how much water to drink per day, and 6-7 glass of water is not enough for the day, drink at least 2-3 liters of water (around 10-12glass), which is normal and in summer actually you need more water(at least around 3 litres), it will solve your problem.
