My 1year baby has diarrhoea, she passes stool Yellowish white small-granulated poop. Her stool test shows pus cells 18-20/hpf

Stop bottle feeding,give just 2 milk feeds and 4 solid meals,add curds and Banana in the diet,give ors after every loose motion if watery. If not improving in 3-5 days,consult your paediatrician
