Yolk Sac appeared at 9 weeks, any hopes?

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I was told to go for a repeat scan after an empty sac with no yolk sac and fetal pole at 8 weeks. In the repeat scan a yolk sac has been seen measuring 3.5mm. Should I wait for few more days or is it a failed case? Any hopes for a miracle? My LMP was 24th November 2020
