Kindly meet your doctor and discuss the issue. If dose escalation is very rapid, there are possibility of these symptoms. Sometimes, more than tolerable dose also causes these symptoms. These medications usually take 10-14 days to suite the body.
Next Steps
Meet the doctor, increase of dose in slow and low escalation can be helpful
Health Tips
If anxiety is persisting for longer duration, plz cut down to previous dose and meet.

SSRIs take around 1 to 2 weeks to achieve peak plasma concentration. 150mg is a good enough dose to show response.
Next Steps
Wait for the response. If not, augmentation can be done.
