I was suffering from piles for the last two years and during the last one month, the pain just spiked up suddenly so badly that I was unable to sleep at night. After going through some check-ups and tests, he stated that I was suffering from 2nd Degree Piles and needed a quick surgery. Having been convinced by his instinct, I nodded for the same. I had a Laparoscopic Gallbladder Surgery in June 2019. Dr Lalmalsawma was my doctor and through Pristyn Care everything needed for my surgery was arranged. All me and my family did was showed up at the hospital the day of the surgery. The staff were great to me, from the time I checked into the time I checked out. Dr Lalmalsawma made sure I understood everything I needed to understand. When I went up to the OT for my surgery he was awesome and made me feel safe. The surgery was quick as well as the recovery. I could walk few hours after the surgery and was sent home the next day. The following weeks my recovery was quick and the surgery didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would and it amazes me and my family. Also, it didn’t leave scar which was amazing! The following visits to him was also comforting. Pristyn Care got us care package and made sure everything was good and well. I wouldn't change one thing from my visit.
