I have been having sessions with Akriti for more than 2 years now; my favorite part about our sessions is her approach, i.e., she doesn’t give me the solution, instead she lets me reach “my own” solution by steering me towards it. The tools that she teaches me for handling anxiety and depressive episodes our tailormade to suit me. I have had a better grip on life since my sessions. Moreover, if she feels that I am asking for more than required sessions, she politely tells me why I don’t need a session. I would highly recommend Akriti to anyone who is reading this.
