I came with severe pain in lower back. Doctor checked my posture and certain other things like extent of injury and flexibility. After proper diagnosis, I was told to attend some physiotherapy sessions which included healing measures like cold/hot fermentation and ultrasound therapy. Attending these 3 sessions proved extremely pain relieving and comforting in nature. Further, guidance was given regarding rest and how to begin with exercises again.

*** ****** ** ** ********* ******* Would highly recommend one to visit him even if you live far. Some other orthopaedic has told my mom that she has spondylitis, Dr Saluja did thorough analysis and ruled spondylitis out and started treatment of musle pain. Mother was fine after 3 days only....
