I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care and service I and my wife, Bina Malik, received at Max Super Speciality Vaishali recently.

We were particularly impressed by Dr. Pavan Kumar Johri, who performed a successful cataract surgery on my wife's right eye on March 19, 2024. Dr. Johri's experience, evident from his 34-year career including a long tenure at very reputed medical institute, was immediately apparent. He instilled confidence with his professionalism when explaining the procedure, but also went above and beyond by demonstrating genuine compassion and care throughout the process.

It is important to acknowledge the excellent support Dr. Johri receives from his team. Ms. Priyanka, Dr. Johri's coordinator, deserves special mention for her efficiency and helpfulness. Her attentiveness towards patients like us ensures a smooth and stress-free experience at the hospital.

Dr. Johri's detailed explanation: Dr. Johri took the time to thoroughly explain the cataract surgery procedure, addressing all our questions patiently. This clear communication instilled confidence in my wife and me.

Ms. Priyanka's prompt assistance: Ms. Priyanka was always available to answer our queries and address any concerns we had, both before and after the surgery. Her proactive approach made the entire process much easier for us.

The supportive team: The entire team at Max Super Speciality Vaishali, from the nurses to the administrative staff, displayed professionalism and a commitment to patient well-being.

I booked an appointment in Max Hospital and coincidentally got an appointment with Dr. Astha Agarwal mam. I visited for my pregnancy and was very nervous about many things as it's my first baby . Dr. Astha Agrwal mam asked me few questions and also she cleared all my doubts. Few things about Dr. Astha Agrwal mam are

1. she is very cordial in nature.

2. she listen patiently and clear all doubts even small ones as well.

3. she prescribed very few medicines as it required not excess use of medicine nor too many tests.

4. During delivery of baby also she has counseled me very nicely as i was very nervous due to breach position of my baby and afi was very low.

but i am thankful to her that i am blessed with baby boy and we both are in good health now.

Even Post delivery as well Dr. Astha agarwal mam is very easily accessible and she giving all the suggestions i am asking for.

Most important thing is, i never got second thought to consult any other doctor or take second opinion during pregnancy as she explains everything very clearly and gave me confidence in very curicial moments as i was also infected by covid19 in 5th month of pregnancy.

Dr. Nikunj did my ACL+LM surgery 2 months back. His in-depth understanding of my condition and ability to explain the surgical procedure in a clear and concise manner put me at ease. He patiently answered all my questions, addressing my concerns about the surgery. He has a dedicated team to take care of the patients, which stays in touch with you even after the surgery to keep a check on your well-being.

Following surgery, physiotherapy was required to give strength to the knee. Dr. Nikunj referred me to Dr. Anil Kumar (PT) for 4 weeks of physiotherapy. Dr, Anil Kumar (PT) gave physiotherapy sessions at my home. He took absolute care and helped me understand the requirements of each of the exercises to give stability and strength to the knee. The 30-40 min session did the work to heal the knee. Within 3 weeks I was able to put 100% weight on my left leg, allowing me to walk without the support of a walker or crutch. A knee brace is still advised by Dr. Anil Kumar (PT) to avoid injury while walking for at least 4 weeks.

My wife's was out of town at the intlitial phase of her pregnancy. For first 2 trimester she was having consultation with another doctor. When she came back to town it was a difficult to find the right Doctor in the middle of the pregnancy.One of my colleagues referred me to Dr Astha. From the day 1, she was extremely friendly and supportive. The best part about Dr Astha is she is always available through what's app of call.She practices in multiple locations, whenever wife had an appointment, she used to call us to the nearest hospital or clinic. From the day 1, we had a plan for normal delivery and Dr was very much supportive and used to inform us about the condition. Though my wife had to go through the C-section at the end due to some complications. She never insisted us to go for C-section, it was us who decided to go for it. A big thanks to Dr Astha for being available round the clock during my wife's pregnancy.We strongly recommend Dr Astha Agarwal to all the to be parents.Thank You,Kundan and Kavita Bohra
