I had taken treatment for viral fever from him.He prescribed me few medicines and certain investigation. All investigations were done in-house *** * *** ******* ** ***** ****.He is our family doctor whenever we need any medical advice, we contact him *** ** ** *** **** ****** ** ***** ***** ** **** ************* and polite.

I consulted the doctor for fever and throat infection. Booked a video consultation, but he connected with me through audio.The call disconnected abruptly by the end of the conversation, there was no way to reconnect with him neither did he call me back. There was no response from him on text. I did not receive a prescription after waiting for a whole hour and following up once in between with customer service. At the end, practo ended up refunding my money because doctor failed to provide a prescription. Neither responsible nor professional. Would not recommend.

We consulted Dr. Sidana twice for my father fever symptoms during covid times in April this year. He always joined late and hardly cared to hear about all the details. Most of the consultation lasted less than 2-3 min. I consulted the doctor after facing covid symptoms. The best part is the doctor is available at the time of consultation. He guided us well with treatment and medication. The medication worked and we didn't find ourselves nervous at all.

My whole family got covid treatment from him and we all recovered well.

Took an appointment through practo a day before, visited the clinic right on time with my mom who was having chest pain and wasnt able to even walk properly. when we reached there the receptionist told us that the doctor is out of state I requested her if the lady doctor(who was available) can take a look at my mom but they straight up denied. If the doctor was nt available why the clinic appointment was open for him in practo and they did not even budge while they asked a serious patient to go back without sny treatment.
