Charges : You being chain smoker for past many years and not had your cleaning session for over a year were Rs 4000 which you have accepted. Rs 4600 which were asked form you include Rs 500 consultation charges and Rs 100 for registration of any new patient. As the facility used by you in not a private clinic all patients abide by the rules laid by the clinic administration. You not only did follow their policy but created ruckus in the clinic and shouted on the doctor on her way out at 8.15 pm post getting you procedure for something which she is not responsible and had to pay your unpaid balance of Rs 600 out of her own pocket.( we do have video recording in case you need ) 2. Completing the procedure in one sitting: just to refresh your memory you were given slot on coming Saturday ie 2nd nov for your second session of 30 minutes but on your request on the chair itself with half of your procedure done stating that" since your 7.30 patient is cancelled can you finish the procedure today it self as coming on sat will be little difficult ". so if accommodating your request was a mistake . Dr deepti definitely made one completing your procedure in 1 hour and can be called unprofessional. 3. sir with due respect if you start calling names to someone no one is going to take it. Patients have rights but have responsibility too . Just because you are given a platform doesn't give you right to malign any one when you were the one who got confrontational and started gesticulating at a female doctor in front of the clinic staff.

As you are well aware of your husbands condition , the disease he is suffering from and the prescribed injections which he left in middle at AIIMS New Delhi.... As was explained to you Intraoral injection are the only prescribed treatment for him... I dont like prescribing unnecessary medications which will not benefit the the condition.... hope things are clearer to you now.
