Visited For Corneal abrasion
Happy with:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
Short: Dr Maneesh Kumar is seasoned eye specialist. I visited his Janakpuri clinic (Residence also) at 7:45pm for my mom's corneal abrasion (scratch in eye's pupil). He listened and talked to us diligently and, explained problem and it's treatment in layman language. His staff was also quite humble and supportive.Long: My mom's cataract surgery was planned in Centre for Sight and some infection had found in eye culture test for which she was putting an eye drops 4 times in a day. I visited clinic in hurry and within 15 minutes doctor saw her. We were thinking redness in her eye was because of such eye drops. Dr. Maneesh told her the corneal abrasion(20% of pupil) is not due to the drops but accidental rubbing. He put Eye anesthesia for instant relief and then put some drops followed by the bandage. He told us bandage will be removed after 24 hours and then drops have to be put for next 2-3 days. He also advised us to not go for cataract surgery upto next 2-3 weeks.

Waited for 1 hour after registration. The doctor turned up 1 hour late then schduled. Only conducted the reading test. Asked to deposit money for vision test. After depositing the money at the counter, did not perform the vision test. Didnot tell about the time required, effect of the eye drop on the child. Did not even tell if the child can not go to school after the applying the eye drop before depositing the additional money at the counter. Complete unprofessional. Fade up with this I had to cancell the test.
