It was nice exprnce but not able to visit Dr.Nirupama.

But another doc was also good.Hope i ll get better results.

Great experience all way along. The waiting room is comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Dr Nirupama is a great professional who is very geared towards the patient needs. She takes time to explain the matter and how to proceed with the treatments in much details. All informations are clear and easily understood. I do highly recommend Zolie Skin Clinic.

I thought to take skin treatment so that I could look better now.I found dis clinic on facebook/tiktok last year in Decemb. I think my misfortunes started frm there.I visited to this clinic in Dec, 5, 2019. I went there 4 my pigmented skin & marks. Dr Nirupma Parwanda saw my skin & prescribed few creams bt she proactively, constantly told me abt other treatment "cosemelan",it was very expensive,she asked me to read on internet,she confirmed me that it wld give 80% results (overall tht wld stay for 1-2yrs) within 20days u wld see reaults. though its a 6 mnth treatment.I read on internet,found it good, also as my Doctor was proactively suggesting( she said othr treament would take long time, & results wld be only 15-20%) so I finally agreed to go through it. it was feb 2020, till that date I spent 55K wid dis treatment. I continued treatment. *** * ***** *** *** ****** * ******** ******* * two months I applied cream *** ****** ******* as it was lockdown I cldnt visit, also clinic was closed. **** ******** **** *** **** ****** ,I visited clinic again, when I discussed wid dictor she said as it ws not continued so no result. she did again cosmelan and I paid 15k again. **** *** ****** * *** **** ******* *** ** **** **** ****** *** * **** ******** it wasted again 2 months.I was/ am so upset, disappointed as it was not the money but the trust that I did on the doctor, tht I completely lost, * **** ** **** ******* ** ***** I again checked wid doctor she suggested continue it, & I again paid 15k for the same cream. ** ** ******** I visited clinic again, Now doctor convinced me & applied some peel. ***** * **** * ***** *** ********* *** ****** ****** ***** ****** ****** ** ****** ** **** * **** **** ** ** **** ** ** *** **** **** ****** ** ********* ******* ( dec 5, 2019, I started treatment).I lost all hopes . ** ***** ** *** ****** * *** ***** ********* **** *** *** *****.I will not recomment a single person to visit to this clinic. it wasted my Money, Time , ****** ** ****** *** **** * ** *** *** **** **** **** *** ** **** * **** *** ************ *** **** ****** ****** ********* *** *******.I am very upset and disappointed. * ****** *** **** ** *** ** **** ** ****** *** ** ***** **** * **** ** ******* **** *** ******* ******** ***** **** **** *** *** **** ** ******* ** *** **** *** **** ******* *** ******* ** **** ********* ***** *** **** ***** ********* **** *** *** **** ** *****.I regret my decision of taking treatment from taking this Doctor & clinc and will not recomment to anybody. ***** **** *** ******* *** *** **** ** ************ *** ********** ** *** ****** ***** *** **** * ****** * ******

You are one awesome doctor who listens to the patient's problem with patience and suggest only the required medication and making him feel positive about the treatment.

I have undergone 5 Dermaroller sessions and 4 Chemical peel sessions. Even though i could not see 100% change, i am happy because i can see some change in my skin. I know that my skin is really bad and the situation of my skin before i visited the doctor is very bad and now even though it is not great but considerably improved a lot.

The doctor actually told me that it is not that easy to get rid of all the scars and she suggested only the required procedures and also understands about the income problems about the patient.

The Treatment is affordable and the doctor is not much concerned about money, i did not had money to pay for two months, but still the doctor treated me with out asking for the payment and instead told to pay when ever i have. Thanks for the help doctor.

She never prescribes too costly medicines.

She even listens to you patiently over phone and clears all your doubts through phone as well.

Reception staff is too good and they will inform you in prior if the doctor had some emergencies and could not attend you for the booked appointment.

Dr is absolutely amazing, ****** ************** professionally skilled and polite . Her diagnosis is amazing. I am highly satisfied and will genuinely recommend anyone.

Paradoxical - initially discussed treatment options & approx pricing for laser + peels. Had also shopped around before & found her pricing to be in line with other market rates. She initially quoted 5K for Q-switched Nd-Yag laser, however lately whilst trying to make an appt, put me through to her asst. I was now quoted 15K - yes, x3 the figure to give us the brush off. Instead of just honestly conveying her wish to discontinue treatment, this is what transpired. She hasn't even bothered reviewing & examining the patient with a follow-up appt to see how the peel she previously applied materialised. This is irresponsible. Now we must find another clinic to take over where she's left us...checked again - even pricey upmarket clinics in GK are not charging more than 6K for laser. Some are even charging as little as 3K. Beware - a good rating does not necessitate receiving good treatment or an experience. She called claiming that she was "irritated" when the patient's relative guided her where the pigmentation was during the (overpriced) peel procedure. The peel is worth less than Rs.300 in raw material cost & many others are doing this for Rs1500, whereas she charged 2K - initially changing her mind to charge 2500! What's ironic & makes it worse is that now that patient is suffering with side effects of itching. Such poor service despite the patient themselves being a doctor (which she's aware of)...what a degrading way to treat a colleague?

There is striking difference than other doctors regarding prescribing medicines which are available everywhere and not necessarily be purchased from her clinic. There is undoubtedly value for your money if you are consulting her.
